Eligibility
Marijuana establishments approved by OMC that need Delaware business licenses and tax accounts to conduct trade or business in the state.
Requirements
- Obtain the required Delaware business license before commencing business.
- Maintain tax compliance and file required marijuana retail tax or gross receipts tax returns as applicable.
- OMC license applications will not be considered without the required Division of Revenue business license.
