About this program
The New Jersey Lending for Equity, Access, and Funding Program provides financing for eligible New Jersey cannabis businesses, with emphasis on social equity applicants and businesses that need access to capital.
Eligibility
Eligible New Jersey cannabis licensees or conditional license holders meeting NJ LEAF program, Cannabis Regulatory Commission, and lender requirements.
Requirements
- Hold eligible New Jersey cannabis license status
- Apply through the NJEDA or participating lender process
- Provide business, license, and financial documentation
