Eligibility
Must be a for-profit STEM-based business in Delaware for 7 years or fewer, employ 15 or fewer FTEs, have more than 50% of operations in Delaware, be in good standing, and have net assets of $700,000 or less. 501(c)(3)s are ineligible.
