Funded by Washington's Climate Commitment Act. Tribes should apply through the separate Tribal Clean Energy Grants RFA. No-cost feasibility studies available for solar+storage applicants.
Eligibility
Consumer-owned utilities, for-profit entities, investor-owned utilities, local governments, nonprofits, research institutions, state agencies, and tribal governments operating in Washington.
