Eligibility
Wisconsin manufacturing, transportation, and industrial businesses financing capital projects. IRBs are tax-exempt bonds issued by a municipality on behalf of a business.
Requirements
- Must be a Wisconsin transportation or industrial business
- Must be financing a qualifying capital project including land, buildings, or equipment
- Must work with a Wisconsin municipality to issue the bond
