About this program
PartnerTulsa is the City of Tulsa's economic development partner and works with small business owners, entrepreneurs, businesses, site selectors, and commercial developers to connect projects with capital, resources, incentives, properties, and coordinated city support. PartnerTulsa supports projects that grow an economy with opportunity for all, including small business growth, commercial and retail development, quality jobs, affordable housing, healthy food access, and community revitalization.
Eligibility
Small businesses, entrepreneurs, businesses, site selectors, landlords, homebuilders, and commercial developers with qualifying Tulsa projects may seek PartnerTulsa assistance.
Requirements
- Project must be located in or directly benefit Tulsa.
- Applicant must contact PartnerTulsa to identify applicable capital, incentive, property, or development finance tools.
- Project must align with Tulsa economic development goals such as small business growth, quality jobs, affordable housing, healthy food access, or community revitalization.
