Eligibility
For-profit or nonprofit businesses with no more than 750 New Jersey employees. Eligible uses include purchasing or refinancing owner-occupied commercial real estate, acquiring equipment, or securing working capital.
Requirements

- No more than 750 New Jersey employees
- Must have a physical presence in New Jersey
