About this program
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Berks provides access to federal, state, and local funds for community redevelopment and housing rehabilitation. Reading-area public, nonprofit, and redevelopment partners may use authority programs for eligible revitalization projects.
Eligibility
Eligible municipalities, nonprofits, property owners, developers, and project sponsors with qualifying Berks County redevelopment or housing rehabilitation projects.
Requirements
- Coordinate with the Berks County Redevelopment Authority
- Provide project scope, site control, budget, financing sources, public benefit, and compliance information
- Meet applicable federal, state, local, and authority program requirements
