About this program
Wilmington Economic Development Corporation provides financing and SBA 504 loan support to help small businesses purchase land, acquire or renovate buildings, buy equipment, and complete fixed-asset projects that create or retain jobs.
Eligibility
Small businesses and eligible development projects in Wilmington or Delaware meeting WEDCO, SBA 504, and lender underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Contact WEDCO for loan intake
- Provide business financials, tax returns, project budget, use of funds, collateral, ownership, and job information
- Complete underwriting, SBA or lender approvals, closing, and repayment requirements
