Eligibility
Existing or new for-profit or nonprofit small businesses that occupy or will occupy commercial space in Elk Grove, have no more than 20 FTE employees at the Elk Grove location, and have projected annual revenue below $3 million.
Requirements
- Occupy or plan to occupy commercial space in the City of Elk Grove
- Submit a planning or building application with the City for construction or reconfiguration of commercial space
- Apply within 90 days of permit application submittal if seeking reimbursement
