About this program
The Hawaii Green Infrastructure Authority's GEMS program provides financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements, helping Hawaii customers reduce energy costs and deploy clean energy upgrades.

Eligible Hawaii property owners, businesses, nonprofits, and energy customers pursuing qualified clean energy or energy efficiency improvements.
Requirements
