Baltimore City MWBOO – Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) Certification
Baltimore City's WBE certification program administered by the Minority and Women's Business Opportunity Office (MWBOO); certifies businesses owned by women located in the Baltimore City Market Area; accepted by Baltimore County (23–30% MBE/WBE procurement goal) and other local agencies; distinct from MDOT MBE certification and provides access to city-level procurement set-asides.
