For-profit small and mid-sized businesses, startups, and property projects located in the Downtown Stockton PBID area with growth potential and a financing gap.
Requirements
- Operate or plan to operate in the Downtown Stockton PBID area
- Be a for-profit business or eligible business-related property project
- Demonstrate need for traditional or gap financing not fully available from conventional lenders
