Challenge America supports small organizations reaching underserved communities through arts projects, including projects serving communities with limited access to arts due to geography, ethnicity, economics, or disability. Eligibility
Eligible small nonprofit organizations, units of government, and tribal communities, including New Jersey applicants serving underserved groups.
Requirements
- Submit Grants.gov and NEA application materials with project narrative, underserved community focus, budget, match, organizational eligibility, and required forms.
