About this program
Wonder Fund North Dakota is a $45 million direct investment program managed by O'Leary Ventures in partnership with the North Dakota Development Fund. The SSBCI-backed program is designed to provide early-stage investment opportunities for financial and operational growth. Funds are used to invest in early-stage businesses headquartered in North Dakota with fewer than 500 employees, and may also consider companies outside the state if their product or service has a material impact on North Dakota.
Eligibility
Early-stage businesses headquartered in North Dakota with fewer than 500 employees, plus select outside companies with products or services materially impacting North Dakota.
Requirements
- Business should be headquartered in North Dakota or have a material impact on North Dakota.
- Business must generally have fewer than 500 employees.
- Company must be suitable for early-stage equity investment.
