Eligibility
Rhode Island cannabis applicants and licensees may use the Commission's resource list to identify local financial institutions that offer services to cannabis businesses, subject to each institution's due diligence and underwriting.
Requirements
- Operate or be applying to operate a cannabis business in Rhode Island.
- Contact listed financial institutions directly to determine product availability, eligibility, pricing, and compliance requirements.
- Provide cannabis licensing, ownership, compliance, financial, and business information required by the institution.
