About this program
The Arkansas EECBG program helps small cities and counties implement energy efficiency retrofits, audits, sustainable transportation projects, and workforce development activities that create long-term energy savings.
Eligibility
Arkansas cities and counties, especially local governments not receiving direct DOE EECBG formula funding, with eligible energy projects.
Requirements
- Apply through the Arkansas Energy Office during open cycles
- Submit project scope, budget, local government eligibility, energy savings, and implementation plan
- Meet DOE EECBG, reporting, procurement, and eligible cost requirements
