About this program
The Assistive Technology Loan Program provides affordable loans to New Jersey and New York residents with disabilities for assistive technology, adaptive equipment, and related purchases that support independence, employment, education, or daily living. Deadline notes: Applications are generally accepted on a rolling basis subject to underwriting and program availability. Eligibility
Residents of New Jersey or New York with disabilities, or family members and representatives purchasing assistive technology for a person with a disability, subject to loan criteria.
Requirements
- Submit a loan application with identification, residency, income or repayment information, credit or underwriting materials, and documentation of the assistive technology purchase or refinance need.
