Raleigh’s Facade Rehabilitation Grant helps property owners and businesses improve the exterior appearance and function of commercial buildings in eligible areas. Eligible activities may include facade repairs, signs, awnings, windows, doors, lighting, and related exterior work.
Eligibility
Commercial property owners and business tenants in eligible Raleigh areas with qualifying facade improvement projects.
Requirements
- Confirm location and project eligibility with the city
- Submit project scope, cost estimates, photos, owner consent, and matching funds documentation
- Complete approved work and request reimbursement according to city guidelines
