Agricultural Voluntary Incentive Program (AgVIP) — Soil Health and Nutrient Management

Voluntary incentive-based program providing a $1,000 one-time payment to develop a nutrient management plan, then $12/acre annually for each acre covered under a Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plan (CNMP).

Eligibility

Crop and irrigated pasture operations of any size in Utah.

Requirements

  • Must be a crop or irrigated pasture operation in Utah
  • Must work with a UDAF conservation planner to complete application
  • Must develop a Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plan (CNMP)
