About this program
Build Up Racine and RCEDC provide information about incentives and tax credits, including Opportunity Zones in the City of Racine and state or federal tools that may support qualifying investment and development projects.
Eligibility
Racine investors, developers, businesses, and property owners with qualifying projects in eligible opportunity zones or incentive areas.
Requirements
- Coordinate with RCEDC or City Development before project commitments
- Confirm zone location, eligible investment, business activity, and tax-credit fit with advisors
- Complete required federal, state, local, and tax documentation for the incentive pursued
