The City of York Economic Development Incentive Program provides locally approved incentive support for qualifying development, redevelopment, business investment, and job-creating projects under the city code and incentive agreement process.
Eligibility
Developers, property owners, and businesses with qualifying investment or development projects in York that receive city approval through an economic development incentive agreement.
Requirements
- Coordinate with the City of York before requesting incentives
- Secure approval of an economic development incentive agreement by York City Council
- Submit reimbursement requests with proof of payment using the city incentive request process
