Hartford administers HOME Investment Partnerships funds to foster homeownership opportunities and support rehabilitation, construction, and preservation of affordable rental and owner-occupied housing.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofits, community housing development organizations, public partners, and income-qualified households with eligible Hartford housing activities.
Requirements
- Apply through city housing or federal grants processes when funding is available
- Provide project scope, site control, budget, financing, affordability plan, income eligibility, and compliance information
- Meet HOME affordability, environmental review, relocation, reporting, and monitoring requirements
