About this program
The Hispanic Star Backed by Macy's program, run by the We Are All Human Foundation in partnership with Macy's, provides grant funding, accelerator programming, and mentorship to Hispanic-owned small businesses. Macy's committed multi-million-dollar support to launch the initiative, which combines cash grants with retail visibility opportunities, marketing support, and community engagement.
Eligibility
Hispanic-owned small businesses based in the United States, at least 51% Hispanic-owned, operating for one or more years.
Requirements
- Apply through the Hispanic Star platform during an open cycle
- Document Hispanic ownership (at least 51%)
- Provide business plan and growth strategy
