Eligibility
Oregon businesses, nonprofits, and government entities operating medium- or heavy-duty fleets. Must apply through DEQ portal before purchasing or leasing from an approved dealership. Eligible vehicles include utility vans, walk-in delivery trucks, school buses, and tractor trailers.
