Ohio EDGE Certification (Encouraging Diversity, Growth and Equity)
State certification that gives small businesses owned by economically or socially disadvantaged persons an edge in competing for Ohio state contracts for goods, services, professional services, and information technology. Annual EDGE procurement goal is approximately 5% of eligible agency procurements.

Eligibility
Must be at least 51% owned and controlled by a U.S. citizen who is an Ohio resident, economically or socially disadvantaged, in business for at least 1 year, and exercising day-to-day control over operations. Applications submitted through Ohio Business Gateway.
