The Senior Community Service Employment Program helps income-eligible New Yorkers age 55 and older gain paid, part-time community service training experience and transition into unsubsidized employment.
Eligibility
New York residents age 55 or older who are unemployed, meet income guidelines, and need help getting employment.
Requirements
- Applicants must complete eligibility screening, provide proof of age, residency, income, employment status, and work authorization, and participate in assessment, service planning, and training assignment requirements.
