About this program
The New York State Small Business Revolving Loan Fund 2 provides capital through community lenders to help small businesses and nonprofits access flexible financing for working capital, inventory, equipment, real estate, and other eligible business needs.
Eligibility
Eligible New York small businesses and nonprofits, including Brooklyn applicants, with generally 100 or fewer employees and financing needs that meet lender and program requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through a participating lender listed by Empire State Development
- Provide business or nonprofit financials, ownership or governance, use-of-funds, and credit information
- Complete underwriting and comply with program loan terms
