Arizona Competes Fund provides discretionary grants to encourage businesses to locate or expand in Arizona when projects create quality jobs, capital investment, and competitive economic development outcomes. Scottsdale projects may be considered through Arizona Commerce Authority and local economic development coordination.
Eligibility
Businesses considering competitive expansion or relocation projects in Scottsdale or Arizona that meet job, wage, investment, and performance requirements.
Requirements

- Negotiate performance agreement with job and investment milestones
- Meet reporting and clawback provisions tied to approved incentives
