Requirements
- Meet HUD CDBG eligible activity and national objective requirements
- Submit proposal, project scope, budget, beneficiary data, and compliance materials through the city or bureau process
- Comply with federal environmental review, procurement, labor standards, civil rights, monitoring, and reporting requirements
