About this program
The Myrtle-Moncrief-Avenue B Business Corridor Improvement Program helps businesses improve the visual and structural appearance of properties in the target corridor. Eligible improvements may include building renovation, painting, signage, awnings, landscaping, and related exterior upgrades approved before work begins.

Businesses and property owners operating along the eligible Myrtle-Moncrief-Avenue B corridor.
Requirements
- Property must be in the eligible corridor
- Submit improvement plan, budget, and required documentation
- Do not begin work until a grant agreement is fully executed
