About this program
Invest DSM’s Commercial Grant Program provides financial incentives to encourage existing or new commercial property owners in Special Investment Districts to improve the appearance, functionality, marketability, and desirability of commercial properties. Applications are reviewed throughout the fiscal year while funds are available.
Eligibility
Commercial property owners or eligible business tenants with owner approval in an active Invest DSM Special Investment District.
Requirements
- Property must be in an eligible Special Investment District
- Submit application, scope, cost estimates, and required approvals
- Complete approved work and documentation before reimbursement
