CDBG subawards for nonprofit services benefiting low- and moderate-income Nashua residents.
About this program
Nashua may allocate a portion of its annual CDBG award to non-construction public service activities. Public service funds can support nonprofit programs addressing food access, homelessness, youth, seniors, disability services, domestic violence, transportation, and other needs for low- and moderate-income residents.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit public service providers serving low- and moderate-income Nashua residents.
Requirements
- Program must meet CDBG public service eligibility and national objective rules
- Submit proposal, service plan, budget, beneficiary data, and organizational compliance documentation
- Comply with HUD income documentation, reporting, and grant agreement requirements
