SCDA Cold Storage Cost Share Program
Reimbursement up to $750 per Cool-Bot cooler system (up to two systems per farmer) for South Carolina specialty crop farmers building or upgrading cold storage facilities. Funded through USDA Specialty Crop Block Grant.

Eligibility
South Carolina farmers growing specialty crops. Must attend a food safety workshop hosted by SCDA or Clemson Extension with proof of attendance. Must sign an affidavit that the cold storage unit will be used for specialty crops only.
