Eligibility
Downtown Fargo commercial property owners and businesses with eligible building exterior rehabilitation projects when program funds are available.
Requirements
- Be located in an eligible downtown area and complete eligible exterior rehabilitation work
- Submit project scope, design materials, estimates, and matching funds documentation
- Receive historic preservation or design review where required and complete reimbursement documentation
