Alabama employers that train WIOA-eligible participants under an approved on-the-job training plan through the workforce system.
Requirements
- Work with a local Career Center or Workforce Development Division staff member
- Create an approved training plan with training objectives, job description, wage, and duration
- Submit required documentation for wage reimbursement during the approved training period
