Eligibility

Small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, including minority groups (African American, Hispanic American, Asian Pacific American, Native American, Subcontinent Asian American). Business must be in operation for at least 2 years.

Requirements

  • At least 51% owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individual(s)
  • Business in operation for at least 2 years
  • Owner's personal net worth must be under $850,000
