Eligibility
Public and private entities operating diesel-powered freight fleets in Pennsylvania. Includes corporations, LLCs, partnerships, school districts, municipalities, nonprofits, and state agencies incorporated or registered in Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- Must operate diesel-powered fleet vehicles in Pennsylvania
- Most annual vehicle operation time must occur within Pennsylvania
- Projects must replace or retrofit diesel-powered highway or nonroad vehicles, engines, or equipment
