Eligibility
Pennsylvania businesses that are at least 51 percent owned, controlled, operated, and managed by one or more women may apply for WBENC WBE certification through WBEC-East.
Requirements
- Show at least 51 percent ownership and control by one or more women
- Submit legal, ownership, tax, financial, and management documents
- Complete WBEC-East and WBENC certification review
