Eligible borrowers are businesses developing or expanding biofuels or related value-added processing projects in North Dakota that meet Bank of North Dakota and local lender requirements.
Requirements
- Operate or propose an eligible biofuels or value-added processing project.
- Apply through a local lender and appropriate development partner.
- Provide project budget, financing, job, and economic-impact information.
