Income-qualified owner-occupants in Kent County, including Dover homeowners, with eligible emergency repair needs and qualifying properties.
Requirements
- Apply through Kent County housing or community development staff
- Provide income, ownership, occupancy, insurance, tax, repair, and contractor documentation
- Allow inspection and complete approved emergency repair work
