Eligibility
Nonprofit primary care providers, school-based health centers, and telehealth sites in rural and medically underserved areas of New Mexico. Must agree to provide free or reduced-price services to the sick and medically indigent.
Requirements

- Must be located in a rural or medically underserved area
- Must agree to Contract-for-Services to provide free/reduced price services
