Eligibility
Must have received a Phase I SBIR or STTR award and have submitted a Phase II proposal but not yet received Phase II funding. Cannot be used during an active Phase I or Phase II period.
Requirements
- Won a Phase I SBIR or STTR federal award
- Submitted but not yet received Phase II award
- Funds used for personnel salaries, research costs, patent costs, or business planning during transition
