Eligibility
Eligible applicants include for-profit businesses, municipalities, councils of governments, authorized organizations, institutions of higher education, and watershed organizations proposing eligible Pennsylvania recreation, park, trail, greenway, or open-space projects.
Requirements
- Propose an eligible Pennsylvania project involving parks, recreation areas, trails, greenways, open space, or related improvements.
- Meet applicant eligibility for the Commonwealth Financing Authority program.
- Provide at least the required 15 percent match of total project cost.
