About this program
The East Lansing Downtown Development Authority develops programs and projects to improve downtown East Lansing, including new business development, business recruitment and retention, downtown beautification, public improvements, marketing, and promotion.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses, property owners, developers, and community partners with projects located in or benefiting the East Lansing DDA district.
Requirements
- Coordinate with DDA and city economic development staff
- Confirm district location and project alignment with DDA priorities
- Submit project scope, budget, public benefit, and approval materials when support is available
