Eligibility
Must be a business owned and controlled by minorities or women operating in Kentucky. Certification valid for three years from date of approval.
Requirements
- Business must be at least 51% owned and controlled by minorities or women
- Must operate in Kentucky
- Must complete MWBE application through Finance and Administration Cabinet
