Bonus tax credit for Georgia green manufacturers and recyclers that increase imports or exports through Georgia ports by 10% or more over the prior year, stacked on top of the Job Tax Credit or Investment Tax Credit.

Eligibility
Georgia businesses, including green manufacturers and recyclers, that qualify for either the Job Tax Credit or Investment Tax Credit and increase port activity through Georgia deepwater ports by more than 10%.
Requirements
- Must qualify for Georgia Job Tax Credit or Investment Tax Credit
- Must increase imports or exports through Georgia deepwater ports by more than 10% from the prior tax year
- Must maintain qualifying port activity in subsequent years to continue claiming the bonus
