Ohio Aspire Adult Workforce Readiness Education Program
Accepts applications from eligible providers to implement and improve adult education and literacy activities in Ohio. Assists adults in developing literacy skills needed for employment and self-sufficiency, completing secondary education, and becoming partners in children's educational development.

Eligible providers of adult education and literacy instruction in Ohio, including nonprofits, local education agencies, community colleges, and other qualifying organizations.
Requirements
- Must be an eligible provider of adult education and literacy services in Ohio
- Programs must address literacy skills for employment, self-sufficiency, or secondary education completion
- Must demonstrate the capacity to implement program activities
