About this program
Wind River Development Fund provides small business loans and business support for startups, expansions, acquisitions, and agricultural businesses on or near the Wind River Reservation.
Eligibility
New or existing businesses located on or near the Wind River Reservation, including Fremont and Hot Springs Counties, may qualify; borrowers must be at least 18 and pass credit review.
Requirements
- Complete eligibility form
- Become loan-ready through business planning or financial education when needed
- Submit loan application, business plan, tax returns, and financial documents
