Manufacturing firms and other strategic-industry businesses meeting job creation, retention, investment, green project, or semiconductor supply-chain thresholds.
Requirements
- Apply to Empire State Development before beginning the project.
- Meet and maintain job and investment commitments.
- Claim credits only after ESD approval and benefit schedule requirements are met.
